Photo Air Fresheners are our best smelling event ever!
We’re making offices, dorms and cars smell and look better one customized air freshener at a time. We create fun memories that also serve a valuable purpose. Your favorite fragrance plus your favorite photograph combined make these air fresheners something you’ll be proud to put on display anywhere you want to smell better.
We take a guests own photo that they upload to us (or take one on site) and put it on one side of a 3×4 polyester felt piece and put your event or company logo on the other side.
Everytime they get in their car, or wherever they decide to use their own photo air freshener they’ll remember your event.
Choose from over a dozen unique fragrances to get an even more personalized end result.
We can make 200+ custom photo air fresheners in a 4 hour period – giving your guests memorable souvenirs of your event.

- During a 4 hour period, with steady traffic, we can typically make 160-250 photo air fresheners.
- All sublimation events are booked by the hour, not by the piece. We will make as many as are possible in the time that we’re there.
- Indoor events produce more air fresheners at a more consistent color and quality.
- Outdoor events assume all risks. Please know that heat, humidity, and wind can all cause problems and inconsistencies that can easily be avoided by having us in a climate-controlled environment.
- All Air Freshener events need the following items.
- 2 or 3 – 6′ or 8′ tables.
- 110v power
- 10′ x 10′ or larger area. 10 x 15 is preferred
- If outdoors we must be under a covered area or tent protected from direct sunlight
- A tent with sides that protect from wind will increase our productivity

We bring several scents with us to each event. If your event has a particular theme and there are associated scents with that event (ie: Spring florals and fruits, Fall Spices, Summer freshness, Winter holiday scents) we are happy to do what we can to find an appropriate set of scents to bring just for you.
Unless otherwise instructed we will bring a good variety across many fragrances that appeal to most.
All scents are tested safe by their respective manufacturers.
