Providing meeting support is one of the options that many of our corporate clients are using now by bringing in our Gold or Platinum Level Entertainment Package shows and using the Audio and Visual (AV) gear that we bring with us for those shows for the rest of the meeting for only a minimal additional fee. Often the cost of the show plus the a/v support is less than just having the meeting space provide sound and lights.

Another popular option is to have us produce the awards ceremony and speeches. AV Companies at hotels or convention centers are crazy expensive. Often times we can provide the show AND the meeting support needs for small/medium size meetings for less than what an in house AV company would charge just to set up the AV components of a meeting. For larger meetings, live video support and groups of 500 or more we have relationships with companies that can produce that size event too.

We have the following in house meeting support available – and more:

• High Quality Sound including speakers, subwoofers (when needed), Stage Monitors and both handheld and wireless lapel microphones.
• Video Mixing for PowerPoint presentations for seamless integration into the projectors even with multiple speakers/presenters.
• Confidence Monitors for Presenters
• Lighting – both intelligent and general lighting
• Video Projection (including short throw projectors for tight spaces)
• Knowledgeable technicians on site to assist with set up
• DJ services for providing walk on music and hype music during your presentations/awards/speeches

We do not currently offer:

• Cameras/live video support
• Event production without us being there for a show – though we can recommend excellent production companies for that.
