Photo Christmas Ornaments


Photo Christmas Ornaments are permanent keepsakes from your holiday event that will be remembered and cherished year after year.

Imagine that each year when a family trims their Christmas tree the hang an ornament that captures them at your event. It becomes more and more special each year that passes as they look back and remember a younger them.

Our Photo Christmas Ornaments are available in a variety of styles with our snap-in snowflake ornaments being the most popular as they’re two-sided and fast to make – meaning we can customize one side with your logo/event info and the other side with their photo and serve more guests at the same time!

These Photo Christmas Ornaments are sure to be a hit of your event, not just this year, but every year that they are used. Very few novelties will have the kind of lasting power that Photo Christmas Ornaments have.

Each event includes up to 4 hours of taking photos and printing them onto the ornaments. We can usually do about 50-60 per hour – it may be a little slower when small kids are involved as it takes a bit longer to get them focused and get a great picture.



We have a variety of sizes and shapes of ornaments available. The default size/shape is about 2.5″ round photos with a snowflake around the photo. Unless otherwise requested your quote will be based on the default size/shape.

  • During a 4 hour period, with steady traffic we can make 200-300 custom Christmas Ornaments.
  • All events are booked by the hour, not by the piece. We will make as many as are possible in the time that we’re there and you’ll find that we have an efficient system to maximize our production.
  • Each button/magnet event includes a photographer and an assistant to assemble key chains.
  • From time to time, because of scheduling, we may only have the photographer and will need volunteers to assemble the key chains. We will always inform you of that before sending a contract and the price is slightly lower.
  • It’s up to you if you want to limit ornaments to one per family (we suggest this) or not.
  • 2 – 6′ or 8′ banquet style tables
  • Minimum of 10×10 space with 10×15 or larger being better
  • 1 – 110v outlet
  • Indoors is preferred, however if outdoors we also need:
    • Covered area or tent with protection from direct sunlight and wind
    • The tent must be staked or weighted down.
    • The tent should have side and/or back walls
    • Client assumes all risks for outdoor events (we recommend a backup venue just in case of inclement weather)
